Q: When will I receive the links to the session(s)?

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration summary and agenda, please save this email for future reference.

In the agenda section, you will see the session and information about the session including the Zoom Link and password.

Each of the session links will be unique and will only be available to you.

We will use Zoom as the virtual platform for all sessions—please have your Zoom account up-to-date with the latest verison.

In addition to your confirmation email, you will get emails reminding you that the session you signed up for will be starting soon—please assure that you check your SPAM and/or Junk folder.


Q: I've never used Zoom before, were should I start?

You can access all of the sessions through a web browser, or by downloading the Zoom Client.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure your Zoom is up-to-date with the latest version. This will ensure that you can participate in the Virtual Exhibit Hall sessions; the latest version is 5.6.4 (765). Click here to watch a video on how to update your Zoom account.


Q: What do I need to do to receive a certificate for attendance or continuing education hours?

Register for the session and be present for the entire webinar.

Failure to comply will result in the SOC Academy's inability to issue you a certificate for attendance or continuing education hours.

In conclusion to the Academy, you will receive an email with directions on how to download your certificate - please allow seven business days.


Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the Academy?

Make sure you receive an email with the links to the sessions you registered. If you do not receive the links by Friday, May 21, 2021, please contact us with your confirmation number and name.

Arrive at the session(s) on time.
