The National Wraparound Initiative tells us that in recent years, Wraparound has been most commonly conceived of as an intensive, individualized care planning and management process.
Wraparound is not a treatment per se. The Wraparound process aims to achieve positive outcomes for children and youth who are experiencing behavioral health concerns by providing a structured, creative, and individualized team planning process that, compared to traditional treatment planning, results in plans that are more effective and more relevant to the child/youth and family.

Kentucky Eating Disorder Council

The Kentucky Eating Disorder Council was established via KRS 210.051 in July of 2020 to address how disordered eating affects Kentuckians, and improve access to education, treatment and recover; and to inform individuals, families and providers of the risks and complications that can be associated with eating disorders.

Recovery + Peer Support

The Peer Specialist Service is a structured and scheduled therapeutic activity with an individual client or group, provided by a trained, self-identified consumer of mental health services. A Peer Specialist guides clients toward the identification and achievement of specific goals defined by the client and specified in the Treatment Plan.
